SwampTotes rents reusable plastic moving boxes, also called moving bins or totes, in Jacksonville and nearby communities including Orange Park, Fleming Island, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, and Atlantic Beach. Choose a package, schedule delivery and pickup, and pay online. We deliver the empty totes; you or your movers transport your packed belongings.

Our Swamp Boss package is a starting point for a two-bedroom move: 40 reusable totes and 1 dolly for $199 over two weeks, before any address-based fees. The right quantity depends on how much you own, especially books, kitchenware, and hobbies. Check the 27-gallon tote dimensions and compare packages before booking.

Yes. SwampTotes delivers rental moving totes to Orange Park and Fleming Island and collects the empties at your scheduled pickup address. Delivery and pickup are each free within a 25-mile radius of the center of ZIP 32244. Each address beyond that radius adds $3 per excess mile, measured in a straight line; both fees are shown before payment.

Packages range from $99 (15 totes) to $299 (80 totes) for a 2-week rental. All packages include free delivery and pickup within a 25-mile radius of ZIP 32244, one dolly (two with Big Gator and Gator King), and snap-on lids. Military, first responders, and teachers get 10% off.

Each tote is 27-gallon and measures 28.5 x 19.5 x 15.5 inches. They're black ribbed bins with separate snap-on yellow lids. No hinged lids, no top handles. Each tote holds about 50-60 lbs comfortably.

Every package includes 2 weeks. Need more time? Add another week for $20 flat, any package size.

Book delivery at least two calendar days ahead, using Jacksonville time. For example, if you book on the 2nd, the earliest delivery day is the 4th. Deliveries arrive before 12 noon.

Yes, within a 25-mile radius of the center of ZIP 32244. Each delivery or pickup address outside that radius is charged $3 per excess mile, using straight-line distance. Both fees appear before payment. For example, two addresses 30 miles away add $15 for delivery and $15 for pickup.

The 2-week rental is for moving. If you want to keep them longer as storage, just let us know—we can work out a monthly rate.

Our totes are heavy-duty plastic with snap-on lids. Keep them covered during transport and avoid leaving them exposed to standing water. They are not intended to be submerged.

Every package includes totes, snap-on lids, local delivery and pickup, and a two-week rental. Gator Bait, Hatchling, and Swamp Boss include one dolly. Big Gator and Gator King include two dollies. Choose your package, schedule delivery and pickup, then pay online. Delivery is before noon.

Each dolly is designed to hold a stack of 4-5 totes. You load them up, snap the lids, and roll the whole stack instead of lifting individual bins. Way easier on your back.

Not if you don't want to be. We can leave the totes in your garage, on your porch, or wherever you prefer. Just let us know in the booking notes.

Call or text us and we'll bring more. Extra 5-pack is $15. We keep extra inventory for last-minute add-ons.

Absolutely. They stack perfectly in U-Hauls, PODs, and pickup truck beds. Secure your load appropriately during transport.

Every tote is sanitized and inspected before delivery. You're not getting someone else's dirt.

Nothing hazardous: no paint, chemicals, gasoline, propane, or anything flammable. Other than that, pack whatever fits. Dishes, books, clothes, kitchen stuff, small electronics, toys, linens—all good.

Accidents happen. One or two damaged or missing lids are covered. If you lose more than that, we charge $5 per lid replacement.

Yes. Choose your package and rental dates online, and include office or building access details in your booking notes.
