From a Jacksonville Beach condo to a home in Neptune Beach or Atlantic Beach, a move goes more smoothly when packing and unpacking fit around your building access and move-in dates. SwampTotes delivers clean, reusable totes before 12 noon on your selected delivery day and collects the empty rental equipment on your pickup day.

You get two weeks with your package, separate snap-on lids, and one or two dollies depending on the package. Pack and transport your belongings yourself or with your movers; we handle delivery and collection of the totes.

Condo or apartment? Plan access before the totes arrive.

  • Check with your property manager about moving hours, loading areas, and any elevator reservation you need.
  • Include your building and unit numbers, gate instructions, and an accessible drop-off point in the booking notes.
  • Allow time between receiving the totes and your reserved move-out or moving-truck window.
  • Leave time to unpack before empty-tote collection, especially if your new building also limits moving hours.

These arrangements depend on your property. Booking rental totes does not reserve a building elevator, provide moving labor, or replace your building’s own requirements.

Beaches delivery: check the full address.

Our free delivery and pickup zone is a 25-mile radius from the center of ZIP 32244. Some addresses may have a fee. Each address outside that radius is charged $3 per excess mile, based on straight-line distance. Your delivery and pickup addresses are calculated separately.

If both addresses are 30 miles from the ZIP center, the total distance fee is $30: $15 for delivery and $15 for pickup. That is an illustration, not a quote for every Beaches address. Calculate your own address-based total when you book.

Pack for the move, not for the weather.

The totes have snap-on lids, but they are not waterproof containers. Keep them covered during transport and away from standing water. Secure packed totes in the moving vehicle, put heavier items low in the stack, and keep essentials you need on moving day separate.

Beaches moving questions.

Can you deliver at one home and pick up at another?

Yes. Choose both addresses online. This works for a move between the Beaches and another address in our Jacksonville service area; each address is checked for distance fees.

What if I need a longer rental for my condo move?

Two weeks are included. Select a later pickup day when booking; each started extra week is $20 per package. Arrange any later changes before your pickup day.

Is every Beaches address free?

No. Free delivery and pickup depend on each address’s distance from the center of ZIP 32244, not its city name. Your total is shown before payment.
