SwampTotes is a Jacksonville, Florida moving tote rental website. Online booking happens at /book.

What you submit when you book

A quote or checkout request includes your name, phone number, email address, selected package, delivery and pickup dates, delivery and pickup street addresses and ZIP codes, optional notes, and an optional discount category (military, first responder, or teacher). Phone number is required.

The same booking details are sent to the rental checkout backend, which stores paid bookings and creates a Stripe Checkout session. Card numbers are entered on Stripe Checkout. This website does not collect or store full card numbers.

Services that receive that information

• Stripe processes payment for a booking. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Supabase stores booking records used to fulfill rentals and to show the private staff calendar. See Supabase’s privacy policy.
• Formspree receives a booking alert after a successful quote or checkout request. That alert includes the customer details above, a source value of swamptotes.com, and any landing-page path, referrer, or UTM parameters captured in the browser. See Formspree’s privacy policy.

If Telegram alert credentials are configured on the website host, the same booking details may also be sent to that Telegram chat. Those credentials are not part of the public website.

Landing page and UTM parameters

The website may store, in this browser, the first SwampTotes page you visited in a visit, the referring site if the browser provides one, and standard UTM parameters when they are present in the page address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content). Those values are included with a later quote or checkout alert so a booking can be matched to the page or campaign that started it. They are not used to add advertising pixels or analytics products on this site.

Browser storage on this site

If you leave for Stripe Checkout and come back, this browser tab may keep an in-progress booking draft in session storage so your details can be restored. The staff calendar at /staff uses Supabase Auth for the allowed staff account and is not a public signup form.

What this site does not add

This website does not include a third-party analytics tag. Search engines may still crawl public pages. Unique payment confirmation pages are not offered for indexing.
